​We want you to be happy with your jewellery, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange or return subject to the following:

• Contact us at hello@charlieandchesca.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

• All items are unworn. If there are any signs of damage wear and tear, Charlie & Chesca reserve the right to refuse the refund. However, earrings are non-refundable.

• Items must be returned in the original packaging to the given address within 5 days of receipt.

• The cost of returning an item is at the customer’s expense unless faulty and agreed by Charlie & Chesca. Returning an item is done so at the customer’s risk, therefore we recommend you obtain proof of postage. Charlie & Chesca are not responsible for any damages during transit, therefore please ensure that jewellery is packaged appropriately. 

• Refunds will be less the original postage cost.

• All agreed refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 21 days of receipt of returned items.

• We do not accept returns on custom made items.
